Monkey time is here again - la la la la la la la la la

It is monkey time again here. Off I went with master on my afternoon walk and look, here is a fine monkey wanting me to go and climb a tree and play with him.

I think that's what he wants. Maybe not. I am not quite so agile as that.

Master took a rather reasonable video, although I think there should have been more coverage of ME, although I do look rather cute in some of the vid. Perhaps he couldn't get Senor Monkey and me in together. You can hear his strange Spanish at the end too :D (Master's I mean, not the monkey's).

We are video amateurs so here is the youtube link which you can blow up bigger to see more of ME :)

Well anyway, any tips on how to improve links and vids more than welcome for Misery and Master.

Different day, different monkey, same place.

Misery found a different monkey, contemplating the state of the world. Or whether she had food for him. She didn't.

Here I am looking for them, I know they live here.

Come on Master, let's go in.

Me, and my shadow.

Oh, I should add, since I posted this I had a quick scan down of my list of friends to see who is still posting. My friend Mati (from Rockstar and Company) is no longer there, and - beautiful Guinness Grrrrrl from the Stoutino Inn - has gone to the Rainbow Bridge. Guinness, you were one of my loveliest and most consistent faithful girlfriends, I'm so sorry you have gone, I will miss you so much. And Mati, wherever you are, the same goes for you. Somehow there is always some sadness on our dogblogs. My heart goes out to everyone whose dog has recently gone to the bridge or who is suffering any health problems, paws crossed especially for Snowball. Pippa xx

Edited to add
- sorry I am late with this, but I was so pleased to see a post from Mati a few days ago. For those of you who don't know, beautiful Mati has oesophageal cancer, so when I didn't see her I got very worried. Anyway, she is ok, and her blog was down when I visited. Phew!! She is a very beautiful husky mix so if you have time to go and pass on your good sibe vibes and any other good wishes I am sure she would appreciate it.

OMD, I can't believe the monkeys are back! You will have to scare them off and you are way cuter than them. ;)

Oh, Pippa! First of all, you look VERY cute in that video! And the photos! Sigh. VERY cute.
I can't believe you have MONKEYS where you live! Zim would sit down and NEVER get up or stop staring if we had them here. I think I'd have to stare, too. Big time.
Love,
Ammy

Dearest Pipparoonie one,

I have no truck with monkeys, they are just a barrel load of trouble in my Marvin view.

ha ha more trouble than a barrel load of monkeys, quite the bizarre barking there!

I liked your video, and I liked all your pics too, well except for the monkey ones. I have a severe aversion to monkeys, possibly due to being Scottish or something. You know how it can be, a phobic fear of monkeys running up your kilt etc.

We don't mention V.I.D.E.Os in my J's presence at the moment, she cannot upload them for some computerish reason, or else she is stupid, make your own choice there I guess.

Yes, sad news on the dog blogs it seems, they were lovely words at the end of your post.

lotsalicks, to you, but exclude the monkeys pleeeeeeese.

Hi Pippa...
hmmm...monkeys...I'm not so sure about them. They look bigger than me...I would probably try and chase them. I wonder if they would try and eat me...hmmm...

Hello Pippa!

We think it's very cool that you have those monkeys to entertain you on your walks -- and master and misery too.

We agree though that the fun of blogging is always diluted with the sadness we feel when those we've come to love have to leave us. Every time one of our friends crosses the bridge, mom can't stop hugging us and talking to dogdad about how much we mean to her. We're trying to teach her to live in the moment the way we do -- but she's a human, after all, and it's really hard.

Do you still have cruise ship longings?

Wirey woofs,

Looks like those monkeys can be quite fun to play with (if only they get down from the trees!!)..

The Op Pack left this comment but silly Misery deleted it instead of publishing it.

Sorry Op Pack, she has been reprimanded.

Hi Pippa, good to see you again. That monkey looked like he wanted to come meet you. We thought Misery and Mister did a great job on the video - now let's see more of them.:) We miss you.

Hi Pippa - tell your mum that it "has all fallen together" for our mum now. She's on the slow side sometimes, and old. HA!BOL!

Pippa! There you are. Those monkey sure do look like furry people. Do you think they have treats? You really should try to get to know them better... although they scare me a little. I have a monkey stuffy but I think he's afraid of me!

I love the videos and pics. You look very happy and handsome.

Hi there Pippa, we have just watched your videos. Our human is very envious that you have monkeys there like that out in the open. That is so cool, she has a thing for monkeys and would love to be able to watch them like that.

We hope you are having a great day. :)

Yet again, we haven't visited in a while, but it's always great to check in on your adventures! Monkeys, WOW! We've never seen any, but we were all mesmerized by your attention to them. We surrounded the human and his computer while he played your video!

Incidentally, you do look very dapper in the down vest, like you're all ready to set out in the Landy!

More adventures to you! Cheers!

Pippa you starlet! How are you? We love the pics of you and the monkeys. Sparta says for you to come on down to Texas, US. She will teach you the fine art of jumping into trees. You guys sure have some awesome things to capture your attention. Keep those monkeys in the trees where they belong.
